CANCELLATION POLICY

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve our clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter our Suite. We limits the number of clients we see every day to ensure the highest level of quality in our services. We require a 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. (NO EXCEPTIONS) For us to reserve a place in our schedule for you, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy, as follows: 1) Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change/to reschedule an appointment (1 time reschedule allowed, deposit forfeit after a 2nd reschedule.) 2) In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, deposit is non refundable/ Package purchased you will lose you session. No exceptions. If client put a deposit it will not count towards your next schedule appointment. If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with our business to help us protect our ability to serve you and all our clients. 3) If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled (NO SHOW) and the client is responsible for (50%) cost of the scheduled service. Clients with tardiness will be only be seen the time they have left from the time they scheduled, Please take 5-10 minutes extra from your commute to look for parking and arrive on time. 4) If rescheduled twice, deposit is non refundable and will have to make a new deposit. 5) For Women only - Please do not book during your cycle (Book accordingly- Deposits are Non-Refundable)
